Rental Requirements

• There’s a $20.00 cash key deposit to check out a key.
• You can pick up a key from our office Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
• Please return the key by 4:30 PM the same day to get your deposit back.

It’s that simple — stop by, grab a key, and take a look around!

Background checks are required, including but not limited to, dispossessory, evictions and bankruptcies. We do not accept applicants that have records of dispossessory, evictions or bankruptcies. 

Once you have viewed the property, you will receive an email with an application link for online submission. 

 $125.00 non-refundable application fee.  

• Applications must be completed entirely. 
• Scan documents into the application link.
• Screen shots are not permissible. 

Please have all documents, deposits and first month’s rent available at the time of your rental application.

1. Pay Stubs: 1 month of pay stubs(ex: weekly pay = 4 pay stubs / bi-weekly = 2 pay stubs.) including pay dates.
2. Income: Must be 2.5 times your NET income.
3. Employment Verification: Your employer must be able to verify your employment.  All documents must have your name and your employer’s name with employer’s contact information visible. Scan documents into the application link.

Our Property Manager will schedule an appointment with you to review your lease. At this time the First Month's Rent and the Security Deposit are due. You may pay with cash, money order, or by electronic payment.

Once you have signed your lease, paid your first month's rent and security deposit, the Property Manager will walk you through establishing utilities and renter's insurance.

1. Proof of Established Utilities and Proof of Renter’s Insurance are required prior to moving in.
2. The Property Manager will schedule a move-in date and time. Some properties may take 2-3 weeks to be move-in ready. 

Please inquire about pet rules and fees prior to applying for a property. Not all of our properties are pet friendly.
